Farmingdale Dog & Cat Clinic offers all of the important services your pet needs to live a long, healthy life. Expect to discuss the following recommended veterinary services with your pet’s veterinarian: routine wellness exams, individualized vaccine schedules, spay/neuter procedure, dental care, blood work and lab tests, parasite testing and prevention, microchip implantation, nutritional counseling, and socialization tips.

We aim to provide a great client experience from the very beginning! To help your first visit go smoothly, we request that you:

• Bring your pet’s complete medical records with you. Since we’ve never seen your pet before, it’s important to have this information so we can best understand your pet’s baseline of health, and have accurate accounts of previous vaccine schedules and diagnostic work.
