Payment Policy

In order to provide the best possible care, we require payment be made at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit®.

We understand that you want what’s best for your pet. If your pet needs veterinary services but you are unable to make a complete payment at the time services are performed, you may be eligible for CareCredit®. This way your pet’s treatment and visits will not be delayed.

Deposit Policy

We require a deposit fee, to be paid at time of scheduling, for all New Client's first appointments in an effort to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations that impact our ability to care for current patients. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the patient’s appointment. The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, or is a no show.
